CI Practice May 30

Hi friends of Contact Improvisation,
We would like to invite you to practice CI for a day at the dojo. Please only sign up if you are comfortable improvising and are familiar with the form.

Saturday, May 30

10am - 1pm JAM
1pm - 2:30pm lunch
2:30pm - 5:00pm JAM
Clean up
6:00pm Potluck in our house

Here is the deal:
There will be no facilitation except a 20 min Welcome Mixer and a short closing at the end of the dance day. We'll create a container through our focused dancing together. Social communication can happen outside the dance space. I will provide tea and water but please bring snacks to share. This day of dancing is in the spirit of "all in all the time". We hope all of you can join us for a potluck in our home to further integrate our dancing!
