A Day of the Underscore with Anne Cooper

When I (Carmen) first witnessed Anne talking through the Underscore, I could feel how all the phases she described immediately landed deeper in my own felt sense understanding of the practice. Anne can truly represent the Underscore in an embodied way through practicing the practice for many years.
Deepening - Contact Improvisation Series with Carmen and Rajendra Serber

This series is for everyone who wants to deepen their practice of Contact Improvisation, especially movers who want to expand their physical skillset AND their practice of relational presence. With partner and ensemble exercises as the research base, we will practice flying and supporting, dynamic understandings of anatomy, finding integral strength in ourselves and others, and invite expansive improvisation with embodied attention.
Spring into Spring JAM

The Spring into Spring JAM in Bellingham is a Contact Improvisation weekend hosted by Carmen and Rajendra Serber, featuring a special workshop with Delia Brett. We are lucky to have Soleil Chappelle, Peggy Protz, Rajendra Serber, Eric Mulhern and more as additional facilitators.

Synchroception is a word to describe the balance of internal and external awareness. This series will experiment with proprioception, spatial awareness, functional anatomy, and balance.
