Transformation often unfolds through continuity. Regular sessions support both the bodywork and the growing relationship, allowing their effects to deepen over time. A discounted rate is available for a package of 10 sessions.

This time allows for discussion of health history, current concerns, the modalities Carmen offers, and to plan a personalized bodywork session.

Cancellation

Please give 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows the possibility for your time slot to be rebooked. 

If you cancel within 24 hours, I request that you pay the full amount of your session. 

*Exceptions include sudden illness and family health emergency.*
